Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 c chopped apples, let stand 15 minutes
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
½ c chopped pecans
2 Tbsp melted butter

Sauce:
½ c brown sugar
1 c sugar
lump of butter
1 tsp flour
1 c water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour pudding into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Sauce:
Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Pour sauce on pudding while still hot.
