12 eggs
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 medium sack of string hash browns
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Break all 12 eggs into large mixing bowl and scramble. Add cheese, stir, add onion, bacon, stir, and add hash browns last. Season to taste. Put into 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. ENJOY!

(I cook extra bacon when I am cooking BLT's the night before while the kitchen is a mess. Then in the morning, it's all ready to just throw into the dish and bake. This also makes for a great dish when you're serving a crowd.)

This picture was taken in Vegas when I went to witness a coworkers wedding. I said I would go and be a witness, but my only request was I had to have a picture with Elvis for my Dad as he was one of his favorite artists. On our way into town, Elvis was sitting at this sign waiting for us to take pictures. It was meant to be....This one was for you dad (Jerry)!
