Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients:  
1 3/4 c flour
2 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/3 c shortening
2/3 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c mashed very ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Cream shortening with sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs, mix well,
Add flour, alternating with bananas, mixing welll after each addition.
Place in well greased bread pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick nserted in bread is clean.
