3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
2 c grated zucchini
3 t vanilla
3 c flour
1 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/4 t baking powder
3 t cinnamon
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly.
Add all other ingredients except nuts. Mix welll.
Add nuts.
Pour into two greased loaf pans.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
