2 large heads broccoli cut into florets
1 c dried cranberries (or raisins) soaked in 2 c water then drain
1/2 small red onion chopped finely
1/2 cup chopped celery
grated carrot (optional)

1 c mayo (Hellmans low fat)
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c rice vinegar ( I've also used white wine vinegar)
1/3 c slivered or chopped almonds, or sunflower seeds.

Directions:
Directions:
Put veg in large bowl with drained cranberries or raisins
Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar. Adjust sugar/vinegar ratio. Pour over veg.
add nuts.Stir and chill.
Keeps up to a week. (at least for me)
