6 large baking potatoes

Crispy fried bacon
Sour cream
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Chives or green onions
Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until soft. Can be done in the microwave.
Cut off just a 2x5 strip of skin off top of potato. Scoop out most of inside and place in bowl.
Mash potatoes.
Add whichever of the toppings make you happy, season with salt and pepper.
Scoop back into hollowed potato skins. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in oven until cheeses melt and top turns golden.
