1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
½ tsp.salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients, then potato chips and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 325º. Cookies will flatten out during baking so allow for a slight spread. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
