3 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 c cooking oil
1 tsp powder
½ can pineapple, crushed and drained (reserve rest for frosting)
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vanilla
1 c nuts, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c sugar
3 c flour
2 c zucchini, grated
½ c raisins

8 oz cream cheese
½ c margarine
1 lb powdered sugar
½ can pineapple

Beat eggs until fluffy, add sugar, vanilla, oil, zucchini and mix. Add dry ingredients and stir in the rest. Bake in 13 x 9 inch pan 1 hour at 325º.

Combine cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar, and remaining ½ of pineapple. Mix well and spread over cool cake. (Will be slightly runny.) Keep refrigerated.
