2 ducks, or 4 duck breasts
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Butter
¼ c. flour
1 ½ c. canned milk
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box Uncle Ben's long-grain & wild rice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil duck with some of the onion and celery for 2 hours. Discard all of the liquid.
Debone and chop up the duck. Sauté remaining onion in butter and add flour. Cook rice according to box directions. Combine soups, milk, duck, rice and onion together. If duck mixture seems dry, add more milk . Bake in 9x13x2 inch pan at 350º for 20 minutes.
