3 c sugar
1 c milk
½ c white Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter
½ tsp cream of tatar

Directions:
Cook between soft and hard ball stage. Beat, roll out on cinnamon covered area. Sprinkle top lightly with cinnamon, roll as for jelly roll and slice about 1 inch thick. It is soooooo good.

This is a favorite at Christmas time, we always look forward to it!
