2 Cups wheat flour
4 tsp sooji
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 cup butter or oil
2 tsp green dhania chopped
1/4 tsp chilli powder or to taste
1/4 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp ajwan
one pinch Hing


Directions:

Mix wheat flour with all above ingredients and make dough with water. cover the dough and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Smooth the dough with one tea spoon oil and make balls of desired size. Roll each ball into a round about 1/8 inch thick.

To Fry

Heat the oil and lower the heat. Fry it till light brown and Serve hot. with your favorite sabji ( my favorite is aloo sabji)
