1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
¾ cup apricot nectar
¾ oil
2 T lemon extract


Icing

Juice of two lemons grated rind of one lemon
confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with mixer. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350.

Poke holes on cake and pour icing on while cake is hot. Let cool and remove from pan.
