"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef (I use a LEAN ground beef in this- 90/10- so there is no grease that needs to be drained off.)
1 envelope of taco seasoning
1 10 oz can of tomatoes & green chiles (like Rotel)

Directions:
Directions:
Just dump all 3 ingredients in your Crockpot , mix, and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
If you can, stir every couple of hours to break up the ground beef. But if you are not home, you can just break up the meat into smaller chunks right before serving.
Serve with taco shells and/or flour tortillas and your favorite taco toppings.
Enjoy!
