Ingredients:
Wet ingredients:

3 sticks butter
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
2 tsp almond flavoring
1 8 oz. cream cheese

Dry ingredients:

3 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 275 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from pan rather promptly. The key to this cake is to seriously undercook it. It has to be cooked enough to hold form when you lift pan but it is absolutely rich and delicious if very very moist. Overcook it? Pitch it and start over.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A sensation in Columbia, South Carolina when a storm forced evacuation of the football stadium. Heels lost but all the fans enjoyed this cake in the hotel bar. Also served at Mimm's lake house with Wesley's friends when spoons were required!
