4 C. Flour 4 tsp. Cinnamon
2 C. Sugar 2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Cloves
1 Quart of dark, old fruit blended in blender.
4 tsp. Soda (will bubble up lots)
½ C. oil
2 or 3 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Put into large bowl, mix fruit and soda, then add oil and eggs. Mix in dry ingredients. Bake in greased 9x13 pan or 3 loaf pans, at 325 for 1 hour.
Can add nuts, raisins, Chocolate chips or anything else your little heart desires.
