2 large eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1 c. A-P Flour
3 T. melted butter
2-1/2 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and pulse for 10 seconds. Store covered in refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to overnight. (You can keep for up to 48 hours)

Heat small non-stick pan. Add butter to coat. Pour 1 oz. batter into center of pan and swirl to spread evenly.

Cook for 30 seconds then flip. Cook for another 10 seconds then remove to cutting board.

Continue until all batter is gone. Lay out flat to cool.

When cool they may be stacked and stored in plastic bag in refrigerator for several days or in freezer for up to 2 months.
