1½ c. shelled peanuts
1 c. sugar
½ c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
1½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all ingredients and have ready to add before starting. In a 1½ quart casserole, mix peanuts, sugar, syrup and salt. Cook 7-8 minutes on high in the microwave, stirring well after 4 minutes. Stir in vanilla and butter; cook and additional 1½ to 2 minutes on high. Add baking soda and quickly stir until light and foamy. IMMEDIATELY pour onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread as thin as possible. When cool break into small pieces.
