1 8 ounce package spaghetti, broken in pieces (2-2 1/2 cups)6 T flour
1 cup light cream (half and half, canned milk)
pepper
mushrooms
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
5 T butter or margarine
3 cups chicken or turkey broth
1 tsp salt
1 cup green peppers, minced
3 cups cooked, cubed turkey
1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until just tender (do not overcook). Melt butter, blend in flour. Stir in broth to flour mixture. Add cream. Cook until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add salt, pepper, drained spaghetti, mushrooms, green pepper, and cooked turkey. Turn into 2-3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
