3 pounds pork cubes
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp salt (optional)
4 cups water
1/2 cup soy sauce

Place ingredients in 2 quart saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 50 minutes, until meat is tender.

2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 - 3/4 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup cornstarch
2/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2-3/4 cup sliced green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch, add vinegar and pineapple juice and stir until blended. Slowly add to hot broth, stirring constantly until sauce is thick and transparent. Add pineapple chunks, green peppers and onion. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
