Sweet and Sour Meatballs Recipe

1 1/2 pound hamburger
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp salt

Combine and mix well. Form into balls or blocks and brown. Pour sauce (following recipe) on top. Bake in a 9 x 13" pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
1/2 cup catsup
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix and heat well. Pour over any desired meat. Excellant on top of leftover roast and rice. Simply cook meat and sauce in crock pot. Serve over rice.
