Use a 14” Dutch Oven. Makes 14 good size servings.
5 Lbs. Chicken tenders, or about 8 C. of Cooked Chicken (deboned)
1 10 ˝ oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Sour Cream (more if you’d like)
˝ C. Yellow Onion, Chopped
˝ tsp. Garlic Powder or 1 Clove of fresh Garlic
1 C. of your favorite Salsa
2 C. Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese, grated (more if you like)
Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
1 Pkg. Medium Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Layer starting with tortillas on the bottom then a layer of mixture and keep going until mixture is gone. Top with grated cheese. Bake at moderate heat for 45 minutes to an hour. Or Bake at 350 for 30-45 minute in 9x13 pan.
