Bake 2 Large Idaho Potatoes
Cube 1 lb. Sweet Potato Squash ( ½ to ¾ C. steamed)
¼ C. Melted Butter
¼ tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Salt
Sweet Hungarian Paprika
2 tsp. Butter Melted

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape pulp from potato skins. Combine sweet potato, potato, butter cumin, and salt until creamy. Heap in potato shells. Brush with butter, sprinkle paprika. Place under broiler 10 minutes until lightly browned.
