Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 1/8 cups flour
1/2 tsp Italian dressing
1 cup hot water (125-130)
1/2 pizza sauce
2 ounce sliced pepperoni
1 tsp cold water
1 tsp salt
1 package (1 T) rapid rise yeast
1 T margarine or butter, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounce)
1 egg white
1 T parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1 cup flour. In large bowl, mix remaining flour, salt, Italian seasoning and yeast. Stir in hot water and margarine or butter. Mix in only enough reserved flour to make soft dough. On floured surface, knead 4 minutes.

Roll dough into 20 x 6 inch rectangle. Spread pizza sauce in 3 inch wide strip down center length of dough. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bring long edges of dough together over filling; seal seam and ends. Shape into crescent. Place on greased baking sheet; cover. Place large shallow pan on counter, half full of boiling water. Place baking sheet over shallow pan; let dough rise 15 minutes.

Slash top of loaf at 2 inch intervals. Brush with egg white beaten with cold water. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Cool slightly on wire rack; serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers, reheat to serve. I got this recipe from Marlene Bott at bread making class.
