1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 T Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except catsup. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3) or shape into loaf on ungreased baked pan. Spoon catsup onto loaf. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Drain off fat. Add things for different flavors like: shredded cheese, carrots, corn, ect.
