In large skillet heat 2 Tbs. oil over medium heat. Add 1 pound chicken cut in thin pieces, and 2 cloves of garlic minced. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from pan and heat 2 Tbs. oil and add 2 cups of broccoli, 1-2 onions, and 2 carrots cut in 2” strips. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add 1/2 pound mushrooms sliced. Stir fry 1 minute or until vegetables are tender crisp. Return meat to skillet. Stir sauce mix into skillet, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Serve over rice.

In a bowl, mix 2 Tbs. cornstarch and 1 1/4 C. water until smooth. Stir in 1/3 C. soy sauce and 1/2 C. corn syrup.
