8 medium yellow squash, cut up
1medium yellow onion, diced
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus enough to sprinkle on top
1/3 cup pimento
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 teaspoon Accent
5 medium eggs
Paprika, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash and onion until tender. Drain.

In mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients, including the boiled squash and onion. (If it looks dry, add a bit more milk.) Place mixture into casserole dish.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes or until casserole browns.

Serves 6-8.
