Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 cups dry herbed seasoned stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 T ketchup
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef and evaporated milk. Divide into 5 equal parts. Flatten each into a patty until very thin - about 6-8" in diameter. Season with salt and pepper or any other favorite hamburger seasoning. (I like to use pre-made patties and sprinkle with milk - they hold their shape better) Spoon 1/4 cup dry herbed stuffing into center of patty and fold over to form a ball. Place sealed side down in the casserole dish. Mix soup, Worchestershire sauce and ketchup in saucepan. Heat until bubbly. Pour over roll-ups and place in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. I like to double or triple recipe.
