2 ½ cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. baking powder
¾ cup butter, firm
1 -1 ½ cups of milk
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Spoon into greased muffin cups (or use paper liners). Bake at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes until golden.
