2 tomatoes, chopped
4.5 ounce can chopped green chilies
4.5 ounce can sliced olives (drained and chopped)
Chopped green onions (use the top 3/4)
16 ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon chopped Jalapeno (optional)
1/2 cup Wishbone light Italian dressing
Tortilla scoops

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all together (except Wishbone).
Add the Italian dressing.
Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
