1 pound rice
1/2 bell pepper, cut in strips
1 can peeled tomatoes
1 onion, cut in strips
Salt
Garlic powder
Accent
Cumin
Chili Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Toast rice in oil. When golden brown, add water one inch over rice. Add salt, garlic powder, accent, cumin and chili powder to taste.

Add rest of ingredients, bring to boil and cover. Cook over low heat until tender. If water remains, uncover and cook longer.
