3/4 cup warm water
1 tsp active yeast
1 tsp white sugar
1 cup white Spelt flour
1 cup all purpose white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch spicy curry powder
3 tbsp plain almond yogurt
2 tbsp avocado oil and a little extra for bowl

For garnish
3 tbsp melted vegan butter
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro.

Put the yeast,sugar and warm water in a stand mixer or large bowl. Allow to sit for 10 min. until it is frothy .Whisk the flour,salt, baking powder,cumin,garlic powder and spicy curry powder in med. bowl set aside.Add the yogurt and avocado oil to your yeast mixture,whisk in. Add your dry ingredients and knead by hand or with dough hook .Dough will be very sticky.Flour a surface and roll your dough in a ball kneading several times adding more flour until it is less sticky.Coat a large bowl with some more avocado oil. Add your dough ball and turn to coat, Cover with plastic wrap lightly and a warm hot towel (run the towel under hot water and ring out), Let sit in a warm place for 4 hours,Cut your dough in 6 even pieces. Roll in balls over lightly flour surface. Put back in bowl and let site in frig for 30 min.Heat a large skillet up with a little oil. Roll dough pieces out pretty thin about 1/8 inch in a oval shape.Lay in the pan and when they starts to brown on sides and bubbles up flip. Add a little garlic and cilantro cook just a couple more minutes. Arrange on a large plate and brush with melted butter , Serve warm
