4 Tbsp Butter
8 oz. cream cheese
¼ cup milk
2 cans corn(15 oz.) drained
1 can green chili (4 oz.)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp. dried parsley
sharp, grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º.
In saucepan, melt butter, cream cheese and milk over medium heat. Keep stiring until smooth. Remove from heat. Add corn, chilies and salt and stir until combined.
Pour into an 8x8 baking dish, sprinkle with parsley and bake for 30 minutes. While still hot, sprinkle sharp grated cheese on top and allow to melt.
