½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
1 15 oz. can black-eyed peas (undrained)
1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes(unsalted and undrained) I use Rotel
1 tsp dry mustard
½ tspred pepper
½ tsp blk. pepper
1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp fresh minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' until crisp tender: onion & g. pepper.
Add: peas, tomatoes, and seasonings, except parsley..
Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes stirring often, transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with parsley.
