Boil 6 chicken breast, debone, skin and shred into pieces.
12 oz. sour cream
2 cans chicken soup
2 sticks Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and chicen soup together and heat until simmering. Melt butter. Make three layers: Chicken, sour cream and soup, crackers and poppy seeds. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350º for 30 min.
