"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 eggs
tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Left over spaghetti sauce (I make mine with meat and usually have about a quarter left over). If you don't have left over spaghetti sauce: use your favorite. Brown and drain ground meat, seasoned with salt & pepper. Preheat oven to 350.
In a 13x9x2 lightly greased dish, spread spaghetti sauce(or meat sauce mixed together). Sprinkle all of cheese over the sauce mixture.
Mix the milk, flour, eggs and salt together with a whisk in a medium bowl. Pour over cheese and meat.
Bake about 55-60 minutes or until top is lightly browned. Cut into pieces to serve.
