2 c. milk
1 c. Flaked coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. flour
8 Tbs. butter
¾ c. sugar
¼ tsp. nutmeg for top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a greased and floured pie plate and bake @ 350º for 45 minutes.
It makes its own crust and tastes like a coconut cream pie.
