32 ounce shredded hash browns, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips, crackers, or corn flakes. and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
