4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
1 cup chicken broth
1 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti (best if cooked in chicken broth)
2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel (chopped)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta Cheese

Directions:

Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour. Remove from water and chop into bite size pieces. Reserve 1 cup of broth. Use rest of broth to boil spaghetti in. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and set aside.

Mix together in large saucepan, over low heat, soups, Ro-Tel and 1 cup chicken broth. Mix in cooked, chopped chicken and cooked spaghetti. When thoroughly mixed, add chopped up Velveeta. Stir until cheese melts.
