Cut medium size roast into strips-boil in water for one hour, drain. Place in roasting pan or Dutch Oven.
Sauce
1 C. water 3 C. catsup
3/4 C. vinegar 2 small onions chopped
3/4 C. brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder

Bake in oven a 300 for 2-3 hours. Or in Dutch Oven with coals on top.
