Salt & Pepper (pinch)
Mustard (less than a teaspoon)
Sweet Relish
Mayonnaise
Optional: paprika

Note: measurements depend on amount of eggs being made, I don’t usually measure out portions of ingredients but add to taste as I go

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring eggs to boil in pot of water
2. Allow eggs to sit and cool
3. Peel eggs and halve
4. Gather yolks into a bowl and break-up with a fork
5. In same bowl combine the mayo, mustard, and relish in with the mashed egg yolks until a creamy consistency is reached
6. Gradually add salt and pepper to taste
7. Fill empty egg whites with deviled yolk mixture
8. Chill in fridge and serve

Optional: Garnish with Paprika

This is simple. Super simple. Key is to add ingredients slowly, taste as you go, and make a couple extra eggs to add just in case you accidentally over-season.
