2 C. milk (scalded) 2 tsp. Salt
C. shortening C. sugar
4 beaten eggs
2-pkg. Dry yeast (dissolved in c water and 1 tsp. Sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
Cool milk to lukewarm, add sugar, salt, yeast, beaten eggs and enough flour to make batter. Let stand 15 to 30 minutes or until bubbles form. Add enough flour to knead, let rise again roll out and cut. Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes. Makes a large cookie sheet full.
