Melt 3 Tbs. of margarine in a 9 x 12 cake pan
Mix the following ingredients together in a blender until smooth:
1 C. milk 6 to 8 eggs
1 C. flour 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Pour into pan with hot, melted butter. Bake at 425 until puffy and lightly brown on outside edges. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut and serve warm.
