1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
4 tsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 c small broccoli florets
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c crumbled soft goat cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, filled with water, boil pasta for 7 minutes or until al dente.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes or until just fork tender. Add yellow bell pepper and cook 2 minutes.

Drain pasta. Put in large serving pot. Add veggies, seasoning and crumbled cheese. Mix well.
