1 c sugar
1/2 c butter, room temp
1 egg
1/2 c sour cream
1 sml box vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
2 tsp mint extract
3 drops blue food coloring
10 drops green food coloring
1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter. Add egg, sour cream and pudding.

In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda. Add flour mix to butter mix. Stir in mint extract and food coloring until evenly green. Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop into round tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until just set but not turning brown. Allow to cool completely before serving.
