3 large potatoes sliced thin
4 slices lean bacon
6 leeks sliced thin
¼ C chopped onion
2 T flour
4 C chicken broth
2 egg yolks beaten
1 C sour cream
1 T parsley - chopped
2 T chervil -chopped (less if using dried)

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bacon, leeks and onion. Stir in flour. Add chicken broth and potatoes. Cook for 1 hour. combine egg yolks and sour cream. Stir into soup. Cook 10 minutes. Add chervil and parsley.
