5 bananas
1 can 12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate
1 can 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
2 to 3 cups sugar
1 can 46 ounces of pineapple juice
water
4 quarts ginger ale or lemon-lime drink (Sprite) chilled.

Mash bananas thoroughly and add slightly thawed frozen juices. Sprinkle sugar over mixture. Add pineapple juice, stirring well to dissolve the sugar. Put into a gallon container and fill with water. Freeze to a slush. Put mixture into a two-gallon punch bowl and add the lemon-lime drink, or ginger ale.
This punch base can be frozen indefinitely. Allow several hours for the mixture to reach the slush stage before serving.
