2 T butter
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cubes chicken bullion
2 cups milk
1 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp thyme
1 cup light cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, add onions and celery, cook until tender. Add potatoes, corn, salt, pepper, water, bullion and thyme. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes and corn are tender. Add milk and cream. Heath through and serve with crackers.
