2 6 oz. Can minced clams 1 C. diced celery
1 chopped onion 2 C. diced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare vegetables, put in pan add water to barely cover vegetables. Drain clams juice in Vegetables and bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In large sauce pan melt ¾ c butter and add ¾ c flour, the 1 quart milk or ½ cream ½ milk. Heat and stir until thick. Add sauce to vegetables and add clams. Heat through but do not boil. Serves 8.
