2 C. Water ¼ C. Butter
2 C. Potatoes ¼ C. Flour
½ C. Carrots 2 C. Milk
½ C Celery 2 C. Shredded Cheese
¼ C. Chopped Onion 1 Can Corn
1 tsp. Salt 1 ½ C. Diced Ham
¼ tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In Large sauce pan bring water to a boil. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Bring back to a boil, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat (DO NOT DRAIN). Meanwhile in medium saucepan melt butter, blend flour and add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir cheese sauce into veggies and add ham. Heat through stirring occasionally.
