2 C. sliced cauliflower 2 C. diced ham
1 can chicken broth 2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 C. light cream or 1/2 & ½ 1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can cr. of potato soup
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan cook cauliflower in chicken broth until tender (10 min.). Do not drain. In bowl mix soup and cream. Blend water and cornstarch and pepper, stir into potato mixture. Pour over cauliflower, cook and stir until thick. Add ham after cauliflower is done. It will heat through while you prepare cream and soup mixture.
